  • This position resides in Markham, ON and is a 16 month work term commencing in May 2025. It is mandatory that all applicants are enrolled in full-time studies at a post-secondary institution and returning to full-time studies upon completion of the work-term.

  • Proficiency in NoSQL databases, particularly experience with technologies like Cloudant, adding value to data management practices.
  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset, able to initiate and drive projects independently.
  • Demonstrated excellence in problem-solving, with the ability to tackle complex issues and find effective solutions.

  • Perform data capture & analysis to draw conclusions on user behavior & identify patterns
  • Design & distribute surveys to capture user feedback
  • Apply critical thinking to spot & address anomalies
  • Propose innovative solutions that enhance the overall user experience of IBM Technology Zone
  • Perform duties as assigned by the User Experience Lead
