Requirements

  • An interest in working for the finance industry
  • Grade C or above in your A-level results (or equivalent)
  • Are on course to achieve a minimum of a 2:1 degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Maths, Engineering or Physical Sciences
  • Experience with an object orientated programming language, preferably Core
  • Java
  • SQL database or relational database skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop quality software and web applications
  • Analyse and maintain existing software applications
  • Design highly scalable, testable code
  • Discover and fix programming bugs
  • Working on the development and implementation of our software
  • Developing software code in accordance with customer requirements in conjunction with the software design team
  • Performing functional and technical analysis
  • Supporting customer implementations and upgrades
