You need a degree in Computer Science, Computing, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline, along with programming skills in Python or C++ and experience with DevOps tools.

Yes, you will work on projects such as improving the load balancer system, refactoring deployment pipelines, and investigating transient build failures.
