The ideal candidate for the Software Engineer Intern position is a penultimate year student pursuing a BS in Computer Science, with experience in C++, C# or another OOP language. They should have strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in groups. It is important for the candidate to have the ability to prioritize and set goals, and to continually strive to acquire new skills in relevant technology and business areas.

The Software Engineer Intern at FactSet in the UK will work alongside full-time engineers, developing new technologies and brainstorming solutions in a collaborative environment. They will have ownership over a project of their choice, building coding skills and contributing to the team.
