The candidate must have experience in CV/ML tasks in 3D vision, familiarity with Transformer, strong Python/PyTorch and C++ coding skills, and a background in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (M.S or PhD). Bonus qualifications include GPU/CUDA programming, working with LiDAR/Camera/Radar data, and algorithm development for autonomous driving software.

The software engineer intern will work on ML algorithm development and validation for 3D object detection and segmentation at Zoox, incorporating temporal information, developing metrics, evaluating algorithm performance, and optimizing model efficiency.
