Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in any field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think and work independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to work with multiple people on a variety of differing projects and meet assigned deadlines
  • Desire to learn more about our industry
  • Interest in property management
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative
  • The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of Commercial Real Estate.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with solution managers, sales leaders, functional subject matter experts, and marketing to assist in the creation of the most tailored, competitive solution possible for each client.
  • Assist in coordinating the development of clear, articulate, and winning value propositions for presentation to our prospective clients.
  • Assist to form strategic solutions based on in-depth knowledge of each client.
