  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Education:
  • The ideal candidate is anyone interested in working with us, an undergraduate/graduate student in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing, digital media, or other related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Research venues in NYC and Los Angeles
  • Assist with vendor management (catering, audio-visual, staff, etc.)
  • Support guest list management
  • Attend event planning meetings with the development team
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned
  • This is a remote role, but if located in NYC, it will be hybrid and may, at times, function out of the NYC office location.
  • Mandatory workshop sessions will be scheduled. Interns must attend these events. If they cannot participate, they should connect with their managers.
