The candidate must have strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as critical-thinking abilities. They should prioritize, multi-task, and maintain attention to detail while maintaining high standards of confidentiality. They should be solution-oriented, proactive, and demonstrate interest in a career in HR. Additionally, they should have a customer service mindset and be pursuing a degree or recent graduate in a related field.

The HR intern will support the HR team by assisting with benefits administration, maintaining personnel records, processing new hire paperwork, scheduling meetings, and working on special projects.
