Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong passion for people advocacy, HR and/or talent acquisition
  • Ability to maintain a professional, friendly and hospitable presence in all internal and external interactions with all levels of employees
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Technical proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.)
  • Must be able to confidentially handle sensitive information, including company-related information, personnel information, and potential work issues

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job listings and sourcing candidates in our HRIS system
  • Collaborate with Recruiter to onboard and welcome new employees in all 3 of our offices (NYC, LA and London), including coordinating orientation and training, both in-person and virtually
  • Support the maintenance of employee records and ensure data accuracy
  • Contribute and learn ways to execute various HR projects, including employee engagement initiatives, event planning and research best talent acquisition practices.
  • Participate in various administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding
