Requirements

  • Qualifications:
  • Must be enrolled currently, or a graduate of an appropriate public relations, communications or marketing program
  • Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for escorted assess privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Microsoft office product skills including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Must exercise sound business judgment and handle confidential information with sensitivity
  • Must be a team player with ability to work on several projects at a time
  • ​Comfortable receiving feedback and quickly change course based on business needs
  • Must be self-motivated, self-starter, have a sense of urgency and extremely well-organized
  • Detail oriented with ability to create work with little to no mistakes

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnerships: Assist in sourcing, contacting, building relationships, writing briefs, and coordinating with other teams to effectively execute campaigns.
  • Contests: Assist in ideating and creating engaging contests as well as develop the distribution plan and share post-campaign metrics.
  • Promotions: Collaborate with marketing, pricing, revenue management, loyalty, and creative teams in the support of Frontier’s promotional initiatives.
  • ​Event Management: Assist in venue sourcing, partnerships, branded activations, pre-promotion, brand experience, and additional details of in-person event requirements.
  • ​Paid Media: Support the ideation and creation of paid media campaigns across channels.
  • Research and Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, industry news, and emerging technologies. Conduct research and provide insights to enhance Frontier Airlines' marketing efforts.
  • ​Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align all marketing activities with broader business initiatives and campaigns. Collaborate with other departments to gather information and ensure accurate and timely responses.
  • ​Reporting and Analytics: Assist in tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • ​Brand Voice and Guidelines: Maintain consistency with Frontier Airlines' brand voice and style guidelines in all campaign efforts.
  • ​Adherence to Policies: Follow Frontier Airlines' marketing policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance with legal and industry regulations.​
