Requirements

  • Be currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Information Systems, Technology, Data Science or related field.
  • GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Have a strong interest in data management technology and business process improvement
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Have strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Be self-motivated and willing to challenge yourself to develop your talents and skill sets
  • Have strong communication skills both written and oral

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with individuals across the tax function to develop technology solutions that optimize tax processes and improve efficiency and accuracy in tax reporting.
  • Document key processes through mapping, flow-charting, etc. and evaluate opportunities for improved design and efficiency.
  • Support data needs through the implementation and use of Tableau workflows and dashboards.
  • Support various projects to deliver tax and business objectives.
