Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Education, Human Resources, or a related discipline
  • Keen attention to detail, action-oriented, excellent organization skills, and demonstrated ability to move forward multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong ownership drive, proactive and deadline-driven
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate and collaborate effectively across all functions and levels of the organization as well as vendors and community partnerships
  • Comfortable with or the ability to learn technology and tools quickly (Learning Management System, SharePoint, Canva, PowerPoint, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of logistics planning and coordination for leadership development including 360 deployment, learning programs, and talent management initiatives.
  • Supports Global Talent Development team in delivering successful experiences including:
  • Organize program supplies and training materials for new hire orientation and training events.
  • Manage invitation lists. Schedule related logistics of training programs.
  • Update and manage LMS database, including marking attendance, and creating classes.
  • Manage and research the Talent Development mailbox to ensure timely responses to inquiries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help implement leadership, talent development, and performance programs and new initiatives for the global organization.
  • Supports the Learning and Development function in a fast-paced, agile, creative environment serving as the project coordinator for all global talent development activities.
  • Researches, plans, organizes, administers, tracks, and reports on training programs.
  • Develops material to support current and new learning and development programs.
  • Provide back-up support to the Program Coordinator of DEI and Philanthropy Programs and Initiatives.
  • Update internal Global Talent Development site assuring the quality of postings.
  • Draft marketing materials, emails, and other types of correspondence
