Requirements

  • • Associate degree or certification from an accredited business or technical school, or enrolled student in a community college, junior college, university, or graduate school program preferred.
  • • Experience working in a professional office setting preferred.
  • • Must be able to work with all levels of a multifaceted workforce. Ability to multi-task and work well both independently and on a team required.
  • • Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, as well as the ability to establish effective working relationships with senior staff and other high-ranking officials.
  • • Ideal candidate will be a results-oriented team player possessing an interest in public service.

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls with poise, professionalism, and promptness.
  • Sort incoming requests for Coach 1 on 1's, panels, and upcoming courses.
  • Assist Congressional Staff Academy and Coaches with written and video programming.
  • Edit videos before adding them to our website.
  • Research, edit and help prepare course materials and website content based upon approved curriculum development plan.
  • Staff CAO Coach/CEC events
  • Performs other official duties as assigned.
