Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Education, Data Analytics or related discipline at a regionally accredited institution
  • Passionate about mission-driven work to serve the greater good
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detail-Oriented
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Applicants for this position must be a U.S. Person, as defined by U.S. export control laws
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Interest and experience in managing social media platforms

Responsibilities

  • Work independently and within a team on special, nonrecurring, and ongoing projects
  • Based on individual interest and background, candidate will work with the network manager to develop a short-term project goal which could include projects like:
  • Rresearching and investigating education best practices (such as interdisciplinary teaching and learning) and present findings to the Network director and Network Team.
  • Pulling content created by the team and moving it into an online platform for asynchronous learning.
  • Work with internal Communications contact to update websites based on data analytics
  • Assist in facilitation of state-wide OSLN STEM Summit conference (ex. Registration, vendor assistance, room assignments, and general events coordination)
  • Work with the team and communications on reviewing materials and marketing around network programming.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of internal and external teacher professional development workshops
  • Draft business documents and other materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Day-to-day administrative duties as assigned by network director and staff
