The candidate must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, IT, general business or equivalent. They should have good academic standing as a rising sophomore, junior or senior and possess the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organization and time management skills, as well as problem-solving and critical thinking abilities are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also necessary.

The Strategic Sourcing Intern at Komatsu will support category managers in preparing supplier quote packages, managing procurement master data, coordinating with suppliers, and conducting cost analysis to drive continuous improvement and supplier development.
