Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in any field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to follow through assignments to completion
  • Ability to facilitate and manage a high volume of tasks within a demanding and rapidly changing environment
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, PowerPoint , Excel and Access

Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with team, review and assess potential vendors and support the requirement and contracting activity of new vendors.
  • Support strategic sourcing projects such as: spend analysis, bid analysis and data audits
  • Learn the aspects of a Strategic Sourcing.
  • Based on assigned project examine data regarding cost and availability of services
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking vendor performance through periodic financial reviews, product performance.
  • Learn to collaborate with a cross-functional range of business partners and team members, enhancing relationship and engagement skills
  • Develop an understanding of the critical role Strategic Sourcing plays in supporting the strategic objectives a JLL account
  • Improve task, time, and deliverable management capabilities, including gaining an understanding of the tools and technologies used to support Procurement in its mission.
