Requirements

  • 3rd or 4th year student pursuing Business, IT, Computer Science, or Engineering related degree
  • Interest or experience in manufacturing
  • Great communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal/external stakeholders
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
  • Experience with basic coding, Power Apps, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Detail-oriented
  • Able to create and deliver presentations to leadership
  • Internship Program Requirements:
  • Available to start on May 28th and work 40 hours/week (in-person) for 10-12 week summer assignment
  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year accredited university
  • 3.0 minimum GPA

Responsibilities

  • Learn from cross-disciplinary engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to understand how Flex makes great products
  • Analyze large data sets to drive insight generation
  • Build user-friendly dashboards and application interfaces for seamless data interaction
  • Support strategy development processes by researching relevant market and technical requirements
  • Document best practices
  • Attend and present materials to key stakeholders
