The Must-Haves:  
You will graduate from an accredited university or college with a Master’s or MBA in December 2024 or May 2025. 
You’re available to work 40 hours per week for 10 weeks from May 20 – July 26, 2024.
You will be located in North Carolina during the internship program.
You’re legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.

Responsibilities

The Strategy & Growth team leads efforts to achieve pharmacy membership and revenue growth informed by market research. How do we do it? We oversee strategy and execution, lead divisional planning and budgeting, engage in special projects and innovations, negotiate contracts, and manage our vendor partners. As a Strategy & Growth Intern, you will support the development of strategic pharmacy projects and Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) partnership efforts as well as manage health care costs while improving outcomes and the healthcare experience for our members. Your projects are inclusive of preparing and presenting strategic concepts, planning documents and financial impact assessments, analyzing industry, regulatory, technology and market-based trends, and understanding the PBM landscape.
