Requirements

Must be actively enrolled as an incoming Junior – Senior in a relevant Bachelor’s program (See Desired Skills).
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office products & remote meeting software
Must have availability for the full 10-week program as space is limited
Must be a self-starter, highly passionate & detail oriented
Active ability to problem solve & communicate effectively
Knowledge and passion for our brand is a plus!
Desired Skills:
Area of Study: Project Management, Organizational Management, Business Administration, Corporate Innovation & Strategy, or similar
Communication skills including tact, diplomacy, and facilitation capability
Excitement to learn
Ability to self direct
Project management interest
Strong PowerPoint and Excel knowledge

Responsibilities

The Strategy & Innovation Team at 5B help standardize & track large projects across the organization. This intern will join the strategy team that supports initiatives within the Merchandising, Planning & Allocations Teams. The Intern will assist in building a robust go to market process or calendar that takes a retail assortment from a strategic idea / concept through to actual product on store floors. The Intern can expect to exercise & build project planning & management skills.
