The candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering, be a rising Junior in their program, have the ability to perform field investigations, and be working towards an EIT certification. Previous internship experience, knowledge of finite element analysis, AutoCAD, and consulting are all preferred but not required. U.S. citizenship and the ability to pass a background check are also necessary.

The candidate will be responsible for analyzing and designing transportation structures, performing inspections, developing plans and specifications, resolving design problems, calculating construction quantities, coordinating with other professionals, conducting construction site inspections, and assisting with office construction administration.
