The ideal candidate for this internship should be a 2nd to penultimate year undergraduate student at the University of Edinburgh with experience in MS Office, strong communication skills, an interest in data analysis and learning strategies, as well as an understanding of handling sensitive data.

Perform in-depth analysis of student engagement data to understand usage patterns and identify areas for improvement. Contribute to the Study Hub Blog through reviewing, editing, and creating new posts. Contribute to wider IAD and Employ.ed on Campus activities as needed.

<ul><li>The IAD Taught Student Development Team provides university wide support for all taught students by helping them to learn and study effectively. This takes the form of direct support through workshops, online resources and one-to-one consultations, and indirect support by working with staff who teach and support students.</li><li>The Student Engagement Analysis Interns will generate detailed reports analysing engagement and feedback of our study development workshops and study skills consultations. They will have a key role in reviewing our current programme, identifying any gaps, making recommendations and designing a potential marketing strategy to advertise our events and increase engagement. They will also play a role in reviewing the Study Hub Blog, producing new content and preparing the Blog for the upcoming year. The Student Engagement Analysis interns will work collaboratively with each other and with other staff members to produce their analysis and recommendations. Interns will have some flexibility to choose the types of analysis suited to their interests e.g. quantitative or qualitative data analysis.&nbsp;</li></ul>
