  • PC operating systems and hardware
  • Printers, copiers, scanners and faxes
  • Managing active directory user accounts, resources and smartphones
  • Installing, testing and repairing voice and data lines, video conferencing, and IP surveillance cameras

  • Building and maintaining interpersonal relationships

  • Identifying and interpreting end user issues

Responsibilities

  • Work around inmates
