Requirements

  • Who You Are :
  • Required Education (You meet one of the following criteria):
  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled student)
  • Must be pursuing a Master's Degree (enrolled student)
  • Must have attained a Bachelor's Degree (within the last 12 months)
  • Must have attained a Master's Degree (within the last 12 months)
  • Prefer major in the field of Environmental science, sustainability, engineering, supply chain, or similar
  • Interested in applying your knowledge in a modern working environment as part of an internship of at least 3 months and gaining experience in a multinational healthcare company that operates worldwide under the Pharmaceuticals and Diagnostics divisions
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Passionate about sustainability and eager to make a positive impact.
  • Interested in visualizing data from multiple sources using BI tools such as Tableau and performing data management and analysis.
  • Willing to learn and take full ownership of connecting all elements together to deliver on our sustainability ambitions.
  • Capable of clearly communicating technical findings to a variety of audiences, including senior management, through compelling storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a Greenhouse Gas carbon equivalent (C02e) footprint roadmap model to track and reduce Roche's environmental impact from EOL service parts.
  • Partner with our Global Environmental Sustainability and Insights Catalyst departments to develop a new CO2e footprint analytics dashboard.
  • Assist with innovating a sustainable reverse logistics methodology for recycling, reuse and proper disposal of all returned service parts.
