Student Worker Software developer - Nasdaq

  We are looking for a tech-savvy intern with a passion for Cloud services to join our IT team this summer, and potentially fall. As a student worker, you will get the opportunity to participate in all phases of the software life cycle. You will be responsible for building a proof of concept for an API gateway that not only relays requests to other APIs from multiple vendors, but also enables AWS services to provide a consistent and efficient experience. You will join one of our software engineering teams and gain valuable, practical hands-on experience while working in a highly collaborative, and creative work environment.

  <li> Design and develop a proof of concept for an API gateway using AWS services.</li>
  <li> Integrate multiple vendor APIs into the gateway, ensuring seamless interoperability.</li>
  <li> Use AWS features to enhance the gateway's performance and reliability.</li>
  <li> Maintain a consistent interface and user experience across different platforms.</li>
  <li> Document and evaluate the development process</li>

  <li> Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with a focus on cloud computing.</li>

  <li> Strong coding skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.</li>
  <li> Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.</li>
  <li> Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team setting.</li>
