Requirements

  • Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in areas such as Materials Science, Engineering Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related engineering/business degree.
  • Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
  • Preferred qualifications:

  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery

  • Coursework providing knowledge and background in semiconductor processing, process control methodology and/or device failure analysis
  • Interest in learning about semiconductor processing and supply chain

Responsibilities

  • Manage engagements at OSAT suppliers to enable strategic sourcing, site selection, cost entitlement, and product/operational qualification, performance and change.
  • Acquire and maintain industry, market, and technical knowledge of commodities which enable active participation in product packaging and manufacturing risk plan reviews.
  • Develop knowledge of TI internal systems and skills to enable management of multiple initiatives and projects which integrate at an operational level.
  • Build global network, cultural awareness and influence based on geographical diversity of supply chain.
