Requirements

  • Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required:
  • Currently seeking a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
  • Strong general accounting knowledge.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Must have a strong work ethic.
  • Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Must be detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with financial reports.
  • Assist with compiling presentation binders.
  • Help with accounts receivable, payable, and bank statement reconciliation.
  • Provide support with audits.
  • Support the payment processing team.
  • Data entry.
  • Prepare all Financial Statements for accountants.
  • Oversee monthly expense report processes.
  • Take minutes at the monthly accounting meetings.
  • Assist during the audit season.
