Requirements

  • Self-motivated and detail-orientated undergraduate/graduate majoring in Science, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent record keeping and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask with creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Acquire knowledge about novel ADC conjugation methods applied in drug development
  • Conduct ADC conjugation to support lead screening and mechanism of action studies
  • Execute laboratory automation to improve robustness and increase throughput
  • Work with industry-standard data analysis tools and documentation systems including electronic lab notebooks and analysis software
  • Report/communicate findings and issues
  • Report project progress in department meetings and showcase final presentation at conclusion of the internship
