Responsibilities

  • Project manage and prioritize key corporate wide initiatives across multiple business units
  • Create long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long term goals
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
  • Work specifically with our lead project manager on the rollout and development of our Sales Training program through our Learning Management System.
  • Aid in the project management of the implementation and migration of our Order Management system
  • Support the Corporate Wide initiative of creating Role Level Expectations with key stakeholders across the organization
