Requirements

  • Students who are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Statistics, or similar field with a graduation date between Fall 2024-Summer 2025
  • Proactive, results-focused, and versatile
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, database systems, and analytics.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
  • Team oriented and able to work with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Through the Internship, you will receive:
  • Exposure to a variety of disciplines
  • One-on-one mentorship

  • Exposure to leaders throughout the organization
  • Group and individual project work.

  • Negotiation strategies
  • Special projects
  • Inventory strategies and optimization.
  • Collaboration with Logistics, Finance, Legal and Operations Teams
  • Will be assigned to a real job/task and expected to contribute that will have an impact on the business.
  • Utilize various skill sets/knowledge during day-to-day operations and to achieve team/company goals.
  • Create a presentation at the end of their internship to executive leadership regarding what they have learned and what they believe they have contributed to the business.
