The candidate must be pursuing a degree in engineering, be authorized to work in the US, have a mindset promoting inclusivity and change, be adaptable and proactive in learning, and have physical capabilities for lifting and observation.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations, troubleshooting machines, designing floor plans, calculating equipment life cycles, and working on distillation processes. They will also identify areas for improvement, perform equipment rebuilds, and collaborate with vendors for manufacturing solutions.
