The candidate must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, have the ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during the summer, possess a passion for the aerospace industry, have a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and have previous business or related internships or work experience. They must also be majoring in a relevant field such as Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or Finance, have the ability to telecommute, and be willing to relocate and work onsite.
