The candidate must be enrolled in a manufacturing or mechanical engineering program with strong analytical skills and a basic understanding of manufacturing processes. They should be a team player with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt. Familiarity with electronics assemblies, SMT methods, and CNC manufacturing is preferred.

The candidate will collaborate with the manufacturing engineering team, troubleshoot production issues, create and maintain process documentation, analyze data for improvement, assist in quality control, apply lean manufacturing principles, and stay updated on industry trends.
