Requirements

  • Requires an educational background standing in Communications, Marketing, Media or a related field
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field
  • Creative thinker and problem solver with a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
  • Strong time management and project management skills
  • Positive attitude and personality: Can-do mentality, self-motivated, curious, coachable and willing to learn
  • Must have experience in Microsoft Office applications (especially PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook). Experience using Canva, Photoshop and/or Premiere Pro are a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to support immediate and on-going Marketing initiatives.
  • Assist team members with content creation for social media platforms and other channels.
  • Support the Marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
  • Perform market analysis and research
  • Utilize company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM) as needed.
  • Support the planning and execution of Marketing-related events
  • Support campaigns to help increase awareness and sales
  • Create and build emails for email marketing campaigns.
  • Write content for the company blog and website
  • Conduct all business in accordance with Intradiem policies and procedures
  • All other duties as assigned
