The candidate must have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, a passion for technology, a desire to learn and work with testing activities, understanding of Electrical Engineering principles, proficiency in MS Office Suite, completed coursework in RF, Wireless or Antenna Theory, be at least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in the US, have a high school diploma or GED, be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year, and not be an employee of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile.

The candidate will be responsible for field testing and analyzing competitors' wireless networks, evaluating and developing an understanding of 5G radio-focused technologies, developing test plans, assisting in proof of concept testing, conducting industry research, and providing cost/benefit analysis and management recommendations for new technologies at T-Mobile.
