The ideal candidate for the Summer 2024 Test Engineering position at Blue Origin must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, enrolled in an undergraduate program with at least one semester remaining, and available to work full-time for at least 12 weeks. They should have strong communication skills, a passion for space, and relevant experience or coursework in a test environment, rocket engine propulsion, MATLAB/Simulink, and programming languages such as Python or C/C++. Leadership qualities and co-curricular engagement are also desired.

The candidate will be responsible for applied test engineering, including designing, analyzing, and operating test systems for fluid, propulsion, mechanical, avionics software, and electronic systems. Some projects may require working at heights.
