Undergraduate junior or senior or graduate students interested in urban policy, economic development, and land-use planning are sought. Strong research and writing skills and experience with data management and visualization (Excel, R, ArcGIS) are essential. The Transformative Placemaking Intern at Brookings Metro will assist scholars in researching and writing reports, gather information from various sources, and apply relevant skills to explore digital participation gaps and propose solutions.
