The candidate must be pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology, have strong communication and analytical abilities, possess knowledge of business processes and internal controls, and have technical skills in Accounting, Finance, and/or Information Technology. They should also be detail-oriented, a team player, demonstrate leadership potential, and adhere to professional ethics.
