Responsibilities

  • As an Under Armour Rookie you’ll be given a hands-on, self-driven project that makes a real business impact.
  • Throughout the 12 weeks you’ll work one-on-one with a mentor and have access to learning experiences, such as interactive Q&A sessions with our executives and professional development opportunities with our talent advisors.
  • With our focus on cross-functional collaboration and global mindset, as a Rookie, you get to see how your work goes way beyond yourself.
  • The Community Impact Intern will have the opportunity to support our global community impact team in efforts to help unlock access and opportunities for young athletes across the globe.
  • The intern will assist in managing data and administrative functions, contribute to planning and executing community events, and help coordinate volunteer activities.
  • This role is ideal for someone passionate about community engagement and eager to gain hands-on experience in project management and impact reporting.
