Responsibilities

  • As an Under Armour Rookie you’ll be given a hands-on, self-driven project that makes a real business impact.
  • Throughout the 12 weeks you’ll work one-on-one with a mentor and have access to learning experiences, such as interactive Q&A sessions with our executives and professional development opportunities with our talent advisors.
  • With our focus on cross-functional collaboration and global mindset, as a Rookie, you get to see how your work goes way beyond yourself.
  • The Global Demand Planning Rookie will support global business performance by helping to build statistical and machine learning based forecasts.
  • The Rookie will collect and analyze historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant data to enhance forecasting accuracy at varying aggregation levels.
  • The Global Demand Planning Rookie will help optimize the consensus planning process by working with cross-functional teams and identifying opportunities to improve demand planning processes and tools.
  • Planning Rookies support the coordination and distribution of new product assortments by utilizing merchandise plans and product strategies.
  • The role will engage with sustainability, quality, product, sourcing, and innovation teams to advance supply chain goals in alignment with broader Under Armour strategy.
  • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled at creating reports from the ground up, a strong communicator who can clearly articulate information to management, and someone committed to delivering on time across many dependencies.
  • Product Operations Rookies support the role our Footwear Costing team plays within the footwear product creation process, and hitting UA’s seasonal financial targets.
  • The Sourcing Rookie position has been designed to support the overall material sourcing operation.
  • Within this position you will gain hands-on experience in driving product innovation and supply chain strategy, while learning and applying basic textile material knowledge and documentation.
  • The role will fully communicate with internal and external teams to follow up and fulfill monthly/seasonal scheduled milestones.
