Requirements

  • High school degree required.
  • Pursuing a degree with a concentration in Marketing, Finance, or Business is desirable.
  • Prior internship experience in marketing, wealth or asset management experience a plus.
  • Understanding of client experience and client segmentation strategies a plus.
  • High level of responsibility and maturity.
  • Strong attention to detail and experienced proofreader.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with external clients and multiple levels of staff and management.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and resourceful with excellent organizational and project-management skills.
  • Self-starter with the drive to self-direct independently and follow through on projects from start to finish with little to no supervision.
  • Exceptional ability to multitask with a strong sense of urgency and prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Experience in supporting the execution of events.
  • Digital and analytics skills preferred for assistance with website and social media.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the team to support the design and development of a wide variety of marketing collateral, including Private Advisor presentations, brochures, and reports for meetings with clients and prospective clients.
  • Manage the production and distribution of Rockefeller printed material and branded items and review marketing materials for quality, consistency and compliance.
  • Assist in managing the company and Private Advisor team websites.
  • Maintain content library and help curate materials for internal and external audiences.
  • Assist in the coordination and planning of special events, specifically Advisor Summit 2024.
  • Assist marketing team in liaising with marketing vendors.
  • Assist with projects and ad hoc requests made of the marketing team.
