The ideal candidate for the Summer ESG Analyst Intern position at Access Holdings should be a current sophomore or junior with a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher. They must possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication skills, and innovative and creative thinking. A collaborative team approach, low ego, and eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship are also required.

The Summer ESG Analyst Intern at Access Holdings will contribute to thought leadership, enhance the ESG program, update databases, identify potential partners, plan events, research industry opportunities, and collaborate on projects to support a successful ESG program.

The internship provides a dynamic and analytical experience, exposing interns to the critical components of Access’ investment process. Summer Analysts will work alongside members of the Investment Team and actively participate in team meetings, investment thesis development, market research, and due diligence.</li><li>Interns will conduct and compile research and analysis on industries and business models of interest.
