Requirements

  • Internships are open to current students enrolled at a university (those graduating by May 2026 are preferred) and recent graduates who graduated within the 12-month period prior to the start of the internship as well as broadcasting schools with one-year programs that provide certificates of completion.
  • Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). PowerPoint is a must.
  • Basic photo editing experience (i.e. photoshop and canva) preferred.
  • Marketing, advertising, media or communications majors preferred.
  • Passion for music, entertainment, and sports.
  • Good project management and planning skills.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with sending out and gathering agenda for weekly team department meetings.
  • Assist Content Marketing & Partnerships team with reviewing, compiling feedback, and obtaining approvals on marketing materials.
  • Brainstorm creative concepts to help drive engagement across socials and marketing outlets.
  • Help draft language for external outreach proposals and asks to partners.
  • Monitor and track contractual obligations for all partners across music, talk, and sports.
  • Generate powerpoint recap presentations for numerous initiatives including show and channel launches, weekly social performance support from partners, and content marketing opportunities.
  • Create social templates using Photoshop or Canva to share with partners and channel pages to use on socials.
  • Submit creative requests for company-wide marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as booking conference rooms, scheduling meetings, and submitting invoices.
