Requirements

  • Internships are open to current students enrolled at a university (those graduating by May 2025 are preferred) and recent graduates who graduated within the 12-month period prior to the start of the internship.
  • Currently enrolled undergraduate or a graduate degree student enrolled in a related program, with strong academic performance
  • Interest in and familiarity with information technology concepts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous internship or work experience in technology products or services
  • Ability to collaborate with technical team members in an Agile-Scrum environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, anticipating questions and articulating decisions with supporting rationale
  • Technical project management experience preferred
  • Ability to clearly document business requirements to technical teams in user stories
  • Understanding of agile project management processes and tools (Atlassian, etc.)
  • Basic SQL is preferred
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leaders, project managers and engineers to define and document business requirements for a variety of cross-functional technology projects, using tools like Jira and Monday to create and track project plans
  • Develop realistic project timelines, identify risks, and create launch plans for IT initiatives
  • Assist team members to make data-driven decisions by analyzing available information and identifying new opportunities
  • Learn to deploy hardware and software, implement agile methodologies, and build new functionality on IT platforms (ServiceNow, Atlassian, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Receive mentorship from senior members of the IT Experience Engineering teams
  • Understand how IT supports the larger enterprise goals of a leading audio entertainment company
  • Document and present your work to IT experience engineering leadership
