Requirements

  • Internships are open to current students enrolled at a university (those graduating by May 2026 are preferred) and recent graduates who graduated within the 12-month period prior to the start of the internship.
  • Foundational understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure and services
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems and networking
  • IT troubleshooting experience is a plus.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Perl or Shell Scripting is a plus, but not required.
  • Attention to detail and strong organization skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the overall workflow of day-to-day operations engineering.
  • Assist with building operational tooling and workflows leveraging AWS resources
  • Plan and assist with decommissioning legacy workflows and systems
  • Troubleshoot and triage incidents and outages in real time.
  • Document and track workflows via runbooks
  • Work alongside engineering teams to build out product features for the next generation SiriusXM and Pandora apps.
  • Operation within industry leading observability tooling such as Datadog, Sentry.io and Conviva.
  • Help curate operational solutions
