Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program at an accredited institution, taking at least one class in the semester/quarter prior to participation in the internship program and returning to school for at least one semester upon completion of the internship program
  • Must have a cumulative 3.0 GPA
  • Must have taken courses in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills and be able to confidently interact and present information to senior leaders and executives
  • Must work collaboratively with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • What Makes You Eligible:
  • Be willing to work in an office in Novi, Michigan.
  • Able to provide your own housing and transportation to/from work.
  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization.
  • Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
  • Must provide full work availability from May 20, 2024 through August 9, 2024 and be able to work 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Work with Mechanical, Hardware, Software, and Transducer Engineers.
  • Testing and Validation activities on Bench set ups for Harman Amplifiers and Speakers.
  • Support Program Managers with day-to-day program activities as needed.
  • Assist in problem solving activities.
  • Assist in preparation of customer documentation.
  • Perform quality checks of amplifiers and speakers prior to customer shipment.
