Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Current college / university undergraduate or graduate student in a credited degree program is required
  • Competencies, Knowledge and Skills:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Effective listening and critical thinking skills
  • Dependable, flexible and ability to maintain confidential information
  • Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Participate in onboarding education, staff meetings, and other activities
  • Conduct research and data analysis, while also engaging and reaching out to our members
