  • What we are looking for:
  • RAM NA is comprised of industry experts who are ready to share their years of experience and learning with our interns. We are looking for students who will dive deep in the world of asset management and show a genuine interest in what it is we do at RAM NA. We are seeking students in a full time undergraduate or graduate program with an interest in investing and financial services. We would like for our interns to be well rounded inside and outside the classroom with academic, athletic and/or personal extra-curricular activities. As our US presence and team grows, we are seeking interns that exemplify leadership skills, time management and an ability effectively communicate and to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Through-out the program we will have on-desk and off-desk technical and soft skill training, providing core skills and career building exposure to prepare you for your first role after you graduate. You will receive hands-on experience and the opportunity to network across different levels and businesses of the firm.
  • Specific Trainings offered include Bloomberg, Financial Modelling, Corporate Soft-Skills, Excel for all levels, Compliance within Finance, and Salesforce
  • As an intern at RAM NA, you will have a unique opportunity to work with every person in the New York team as well as multiple people who sit in London. We structure the 8-week program as a rotational program to give maximum exposure of all parts of the business and for interns to make meaningful connections to the full team. We currently have five asset classes and 2-3 additional unique areas where interns can shadow and complete projects. The asset classes in which the rotational program will include are Private Placements, Infrastructure and Power, Public Finance, Structured Finance and Real Estate.
  • Within the asset classes you will be given an overview of the business, complete research for live deals, assist the asset team with analysis and work on desk projects.
