Requirements

  • Applicants should be at least Sophomore status at an accredited four-year institution
  • Should have a GPA of at least 3.0 and be in good academic standing
  • Desired fields of study include Finance, Accounting, or other Business discipline
  • Must have demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Tableau
  • Must have a basic understanding of financial statements

Responsibilities

  • Create meaningful reporting/analysis covering Bank financial performance and condition, FHLBank System trends, and other ad-hoc requests that will be utilized by management to make decisions or gain insights
  • You will be part of a dynamic team in a finance function, working collectively to provide key business information to various stakeholders
  • Leverage your technical expertise, perspective, and creativity in various reporting, analyses, or special projects
  • Engage with a group of other interns in a multi-week capstone project, culminating with proposal presentations to senior management at the program’s conclusion
