Responsibilities

  • Reviews member and non-member files in the extensive online archives (“H drive”).
  • Determines whether the files belong to a current member.
  • Based on the person’s membership status as well as the type of file identified, correctly labels and uploads the files to the Disease Case Management System (DCMS), the clinical record system.
  • Once the files requiring storage are correctly stored, fully discard all reviewed files from the H drive.
  • Prepares logs of work for review by supervisors and Regulatory/Compliance.
  • Assists the department’s management team with special projects and tasks as assigned.
