Responsibilities

  • Assist Provider Network Operations Department with the provider portal registrations and support and triaging provider service inquires from Salesforce.
  • Research and outreach providers for returned correspondence, demographic verification, and other tasks as needed.
  • Assist with Access & Availability demographic update requests and responding to project inquiries from Provider Relations staff and providers.
  • Assists with outreach of targeted Providers for education campaigns on various departmental initiatives (i.e. Par lab referrals, Provider Portal navigation assistance, SharePoint site updates).
  • Assists with the development and use of electronic on-line tools.
  • Provider outreach for follow up on inquires.
